Work will be 20 - 40 hours a week depending on job site needs.
- Assist in site preparation and cleanup, including removing debris and setting up tools and equipment.
- Carry and load materials, supplies, and tools to and from worksites.
- Support skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, drywall installers) with tasks as required.
- Operate basic tools and equipment, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
- Perform general construction tasks such as digging, lifting, cutting, and assembling materials.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project efficiency.
- Experience: Prior construction or labor experience is an asset but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Safety Awareness: Knowledge of or willingness to learn workplace health and safety protocols.
- Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and motivated to complete tasks efficiently.
- License: Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation preferred.
